Helping women rise above the noise and chaos, clarify what matters most, and move forward with confidence.
About Above the Fray
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of your next step, you’re not broken — and you’re not behind.
Often, clarity doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from stepping back.
Above the Fray exists to help women rise above the noise, gain perspective, and move forward with intention — not by fixing what’s “wrong,” but by helping you see from a higher vantage point.
My Story
From the outside, my life may have looked normal — but on the inside, it was much more like a Lifetime movie.
It was full of drama, difficulty, and more than a few climactic scenes — enough to draw in onlookers. But my story didn’t end the way the movies do.
Instead, it became something far richer.
Today, my life is full — full of love, laughter, and meaningful moments with my three amazing kids, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and two growing grandkids. It’s rich with deep friendships, time spent adventuring in the wild (especially when the mountains are calling), and — most importantly — a deep, life-giving relationship with Jesus.
I can honestly say my life has become a life well lived.
During the seasons when things felt bleak, the Lord surrounded me with people who walked beside me, saw the gold in me, and were willing to call it out. Through those relationships, I discovered key truths, real freedom, and a way forward.
Now, I’m passionate about walking alongside other women who are ready for that same kind of breakthrough.
That journey is what led me to create Above the Fray — a space where women can rise above the noise, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
I've been there, so I understand.
I made it, and you can too!
